	The wine of yellow color with light green reflexes. Very intensive and full aromas of elderberry flower, goosberry and white peach. Fine and harmonious flavor with strong notes of minerals. Long and persistent aftertaste of velvety character. We recommend: as aperitive, with fish and poultry appetizers and dishes, fine cheese typ brie. Smoked or marinated salmon on the beginning of gratinated fillet of salmon, turkey steak with herbs.

	Full-bodied wine amber-golden color. Very fragrant tropical fruit aromas. Well balanced texture with nice ripe notes of peaches, banan, mango and honeydew-melon. Wine of lingering finish with slight touch of dried dates. We recommend: as aperitive, with fish appetizers and dishes with creamy and spicy sauces, roasted pork, rabbit, turkey, chicken ragout, fine cheeses.

	The wine of deep ruby color. Wild fruits, blackberry, bilberryaromas with touch of pepper and dry raspberry leaf. Medium-bodied well balanced silky tannins and clean, long aftertaste. We recommend: dark meat - venison, lamb, beef also with spicy sauces, cheeses.

	The wine has light ruby color with flashy clean reflexes. Fruity aroma reminding strawberry and raspberry with very fine touch of minced red dry paprika and asian spices. Medium-bodied texture of fine tannins and low acidity. Nice nad pleasant to drink now to give harmonious sensation. We recommend: with light warm appetizers, dark meat - beef, venison, pork and cheeses. Spicy slices of pork - KRKAVEC, beef soté with brandy.

	Vinařská obec Novosedly, trať Stará hora
	Víno bylo vyrobeno z hroznů na kterých se za ranního mlhavého počasí a odpoledního slunce rozšíříla šlechtická plíseň Botrytis cinerea. Působením této plísně bylo jemné a květinové aroma Tramínu obohaceno o medové tóny, které dotvaří charakter tohoto vína. Víno nadchne ovocným až medovým buketem a lahodnou, ušlechtilou, lehce nasládlou chutí. Doporučujeme ke sladkým pokrmům nebo desertům. Je rovnuž vhodné i jako aperitiv. 	Active dry grapevine its origin country is Burgundy, Charles the IV introduced it to Bohemia in the 14th century. The colour of this wine is red with a brick-red ruby tinge. The bouquet is full, aroma is reminiscent of black cherries, nearly slightly plum jam. The flavour of this wine is harmonious, creamy, delicate, unsually slightly pungert. We recommend to serve with roast meat, feathered game, stuffed poultry, dishes made of mushrooms and various types of cheese.
	Cabernet Sauvignon 1994	0,75 l	750,-
	Active dry grapevine resultated from the accidental polination of Cabernet France with the pollen of the Sauvignon variety. It was Cardinal Richelieu who deserved credit for spreding it in Bordeaux. It has been grown all over the world now. The colour of this wine is dark red ruby. The bouquet is robust and reminiscent. Its flavour is full, strongly extractive with a pleasantly spicy tanin characterized with a distinctive chocolate finish. We recommend to serve with beef steakes, lamb meat, dishes with spicy sauces.

	Archive dry grapewine is a cross between Franc and St. Lawrence. It was bred at the breeding station in Velké Pavlovice in 1961. Its bouquet is full, with tinges of died fruit and maturity of red wine. Its flavour is full extractive with distinct tannis and final mouth feeling of plain choccolate. We recommend to serve with venison and red meat.
	Tramín červený 1999	0,75 l	750,-
	Dry grapewine with the attribute of late harvest. It is a very old species of grape and it is supposed that it was grown in ancient Rome under the name „Vittis aminea“. It is a traditional variety grown in Kobylí. The wine has a golden yellow colour, of full bodied and spicy. We recommend to serve with sweet starters or deserts, but it also is recommended with blue mould cheese
